The 75% eligibility criteria is for the total aggregate that  a candidate needs to score or be in the top 20 percentile of you respective board. Please do not confuse it with only PCM aggregate. It is the overall performance.

I am class passout student in 2020 but i am given improvement exam and result is not declared yet so what i fill in class 12 detail in jee main 2021 applications

You have passed your 12th in 2020 but you are appearing for Improvement exams only to improve your percentage. So the year of "passing" will remain 2020. So while you are filling the JEE Mains application form, your Year of passing will be 2020. You will need the following documents

No,only 1st years are  only eligible to write improvement exams.There is no chance to write improvement exams after 12th.Hope this information helps you.
