Atrayee Gayen 20th Nov, 2020

Hey aspirant,

You need not worry as there is no restriction for candidates having a gap between 11th and 12 th standard. You can appear for NEET 2021.

There is a criteria of age limit, that is you must be between 17-25 year's old to take admission in MBBS course from 31st of December of the particular year. There's a five year relaxation on age for SC/ST/OBC.

I am thorough with class 12 topics, how do I study class 11 topics for jee main(as my class 11 topics are weak)

S. Saha Student Expert 20th Nov, 2020
It's good to hear that you are done with your 12ty syllabus. If you are feeling disappointed regarding your preparation of class 11th syllabus, then you might know that 11th topics are much more easier than that of 12th. So from now onwards, you should totally focus on your class 11th topics until and unless you get a grip over them. First you should go through the entire syllabus. Instead of choosing a random topic from the syllabus, you must break your preparation into sections. Sub-topics from each section should be selected and then strategy on clearing concepts must be made. Never leave any concepts doubtful or unsolved.

NCERT Textbooks of class 11 and 12 are the best study materials for Mains. You should start your preparation with NCERTs as these books are written in Simple language which is understandable to everyone. Also Jee Toppers and experts recommend NCERTS for basic preparation.

To do the best, you need the best books for preparation-

PHYSICS
Concepts of physics by HC Verma
Problems in General Physics by I.E Irodov
Objective questions on physics by DC Pandey

Mathematics
Objective Mathematics, RD Sharma
Complete mathematics for Jee Main TMH

CHEMISTRY
Physical Chemistry by OP Tondon
Numerical Chemistry by P.Bahadur
Organic chemistry by OP Tondon

If you are finding these books difficult then just leave it, keep focusing on NCERTs. Make a proper routine or timetable and devote at least 10 hours a day. During last days, focus more on the important chapters. When done with the syllabus, give mock tests regularly, and solve previous year papers also. Time management is one more important thing you should look upon. To help you with your preparation, we have http://learn.careers360.com/knockout-jee-main-april/

Hello aspirant.

Yes, you can appear for JEE mains because the eligibility criteria for JEE mains also includes that the candidate has to score a minimum of 75% in his/her 12th, and for SC/ST/PwD criteria the aggregate marks are a minimum of 65% to get a seat in NIT/IIIT/GFITs. Hence after you qualify 12th and rejoined again to increase the percentage to apply for jee mains, can apply for jee mains 2021 too.

For detailed information refer to the below link. Also, the Eligibility Criteria is present in the below link.
