Hello,
Eligibility criteria for these courses are as follows;
Medical Laboratory Technology is one of the branch of Medical science which is responsible for performing the diagnosis of the human body to prevent and cure the deadly disease.
For mlt 10+2 or equivalent (preferred Science Stream) is required.
Entrance test is conducted by university .
Basic percentage required is 50% but it vary college to college.
As for LT i didn't understand which course you are exactly talking about.

As you say that you complete your 12th syllabus and you don't even touch your 11th syllabus this thing tell me one thing that you basics are very strong because generally you have to go back and forth in the 11th and 12th syllabus. So make sure from now you start you 11th syllabus and revision notes of 12 with the 11th syllabus this will help you a lot. And try to slove the previous year question papers this is very important step.

11th syllabus are the game changers of JEE Mains. You will literally have 1/2 of the paper from class 11 syllabus. I can help you with important lessons. Maths important chapters are sets, relations and functions, mathematical reasoning, conics, permutations and combinations, complex numbers, quadratic equations and sequence and series. Yes you can apply for exam if you have 75% in 12th . As you said you are giving improvement so there is a prblm that jee main consider only one marksheet it can be your improvement one in which only improvement subjects where mention. So keep this in mind if you have 75% or above in your 12th I will suggest you to go for improvement exam for all the subjects because jee will accept your one marks sheet because they are going to check aggregate from one marks sheet. Yes, the result for improvement examination are also released along with regular candidate's result on the official website. You just need to visit the CBSE results website and fill in the details along of Roll no. ,Centre no., school no. and Admit card ID.
Most probably the reason might be that you have scored low in your class 12 Board examination. So, as you have passed your class 12 already, you cannot repeat the class as only failure candidates are allowed to do so. So, you can appear again under the improvement category if you want to improve your marks in class 12 examination. You can choose the subjects in which you have scored low or could appear again for all the subjects as per your wish.

Yes , With NIOS marksheet you will be able to use the marksheet in any examination and the fact about 4 subjects isn't mentioned anywhere.
