hi,

you must have a reason to switch to English language master courses from  a professional degree. Yes, you can go for M.A English after B.tech. Eligibility criteria in most of the universities is 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree in any discipline and you have to clear some entrance test depending on the university you want to take the admission in.

Yes , you are eligible as to be eligible for eflu, candidate appearing for admission for B.A courses should have passed in the 10+2/intermediate exam or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% (General/OBC) and 45% (SC/ST) . Also ,candidates who are yet to appear for the qualifying exam are eligible for eflu as well provided they must pass the exam by the admission time and scored the minimum required percentage. So , since you will be appearing for your 12th board in 2020 , you are eligible and can definitely  appear in EFLU exam. If I tell you about EFLU 2020 then it will be held in the second week of March 2020, in online mode. You need to register for EFLU 2020 admission by filling and submitting the EFLU application form 2020 which will be released by the university in the first week of February 2020.
