There are 6,201 seats being offered in UG programmes and 5,419 seats being offered in PG courses.
BHU courses 2019 are divided into faculties including Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Commerce, Institute of Science, Faculty of Education, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Performing Arts, Faculty of Visual Arts, Faculty of Sanskrit, and so on.
For UG courses, you need to take BHU UET exam. The applications will be released in the first week of February 2020.
You can apply to sit for BHU PET exam. The registration will be started from the first week of February 2020.
The admit card for BHU UET and BHU PET will be different wherein, the admit card for UG programmes will mention the courses of Bachelor’s degree and admit card for PG programmes will mention the courses of Master’s degree.

BHU or Banaras Hindu University's UET exam is an entrance exam which happens for an array of undergraduate courses including Bachelors in Arts, Science, Law and Commerce. The process has the following steps:
1. Registration using your email id and mobile number on the BHU portal
2. Filling of the application form which consists your personal, academic and communication details (Aadhar related details will need to filled in)
3. Payment of fees
It is a university level exam which is conducted in both English and Hindi languages with different time durations depending on the subject you have applied for.
The tentative date for the online form to be out is in the fourth week of January and will continue upto 11 march 2020. The admission is available only in online mode. Please check the eligibility criteria for your course before applying because each discipline has a different criteria.

well the fees varies from college to college, a general rough idea is given below:
The average fees ranges from 7,500 to 1Lakh per anum, based on from which institute you are pursuing. The average fee is around 23,000, in most of the government colleges. For BHU it will be around 20,000 per anum, however you have the opportunity to avail scholarships.

BHU Bsc (Ag) has only 123 seats in the main campus and 40 seats are there in Rajiv Gandhi south campus. So the competition is really hard. To get admission in this institution, you will have to target 230+ out of 300 marks.
To get admission into BHU in BSC Course, you will have to give BHU UET. It is a national level entrance test conducted by BHU. And you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria. They are as follows:
Aspirants should have qualified passed in 10+2 examinations or equivalent examinations, with a minimum of 50% Marks.
The candidates must not be more than 26 years.
The mandatory subjects are Physics, Chemistry, and Biology / Mathematics in 10+2.
In BHU LLB Entrance Exam, The questions will be based on General Awareness and Current Affairs, Common Legal Knowledge, Aptitude and Mental Ability. The Paper will also include two sets of multiple choice questions on Language comprehension, one each in Hindi and English, where the candidate is required to answer either the Hindi language set or the English language set but not both.
