Students who want to apply for admission to the B.Ed courses at various universities in Telangana need to fulfill the eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates are allowed to apply at the official website of TG EDCET by filling the application form. The TS EDCET 2024 eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Candidates should have Indian Nationality.

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree i.e. B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), BCA, BBM, B.A (Oriental Languages), BBA or Bachelor’s in Engineering and Technology or Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks.

• The minimum passing percentage for SC/ST/BC students is 40% marks.

• Candidates should have completed the age of 19 years on 1st July of the year in which notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.

Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda closed the TG EDCET application correction window on May 15. The university closed the TS EDCET application form 2024 with late fee of Rs. 200, on May 13 in online mode. Only eligible students can fill the application form. The candidates have to register for the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test by paying the registration fees, application fee and late fee (as applicable). While filling the form, students have to submit the necessary documents. After filling the application form, candidates have to verify all their details carefully and submit the TG EDCET 2024 application form. Online application form will be generated that contains the registration details. Students should follow the below steps to know how to fill the TG EDCET application form 2024.

How to apply for TS EDCET 2024 application form?

Step 1 - Registration

• First, visit the official website i.e. edcet.tsche.ac.in.

• Then, candidates have to register themselves by filling the necessary details. 

Step - 2 - Login

• Login using your credentials.

• Fill the application form with relevant information such as academic qualifications, personal details and others.

• Then, verify all the details carefully and press the “Submit” button.

Step 3 - Application fee payment 

• Now, candidates have to pay for an application fee. 

• Candidates have to pay the application fee in 2 modes:

  • TS Online/AP Online Centres in Telangana State or A.P.

  • Payment Gateway.

Step 4 - Registration number will be generated

• After that, an online application form will be generated with registration details.

• Students should take a printout of the application form and use the registration number for future reference.

TG EDCET 2024 Application Fees

Before appearing for TS EDCET 2024, students need to know about the exam pattern of TG EDCET. The examination authorities released the TS EDCET 2024 exam pattern on the official website. The exam pattern will contain the type of question, exam duration, number of questions and many more. Students will have to appear for a total of 150 questions. • Mock Tests - The authorities conduct mock tests for aspiring candidates. Students need to visit the official website of TS EDCET 2024 and select the mock test. Further, login with your credentials. Candidates are advised to solve mock tests to know the types of questions. 

• Timetable - Students should make a timetable to prepare for the TG EDCET. This helps the candidates to prepare for the exam in a proper manner.  

• Revision - While preparing for the tests, students should make notes and revise them on a daily basis. 

Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda issued the TS EDCET 2024 admit card on May 20 in online mode. The admit card will be issued at the official website: edcet.tsche.ac.in. For downloading the TG EDCET 2024 admit card, students have to use their login credentials. The admit card will have information related to the candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, test centre name category, and others. Hall ticket will be needed at the time of examination and later at the time of entry into the course.

Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda declared the TG EDCET 2024 result on June 11 on the official website of Manabadi at results.manabadi.co.in. Candidates who have appeared for the TG EDCET 2024 examination can check their results by login using their admit card number. The authority also released the TS EDCET 2024 rank card at edcet.tsche.ac.in alongside the result. To download TG EDCET 2024 rank card, students are required to enter their hall ticket number and date of birth. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance examination. In case of tie, subject/content marks will be considered to decide the ranking.

TS EDCET Phase 2 Counselling 2024

The Mahatma Gandhi University has published the TS EDCET 2024 phase 2 allotment list of provisionally selected candidates on September 26. Candidates can report to their allotted college till September 30. The university started the TS EDCET 2024 phase 2 web options on September 19. The last date for TS EDCET phase 2 web options 2024 was September 20. The university closed the correction window for TS EDCET web options for phase 2 on September 21.

TS EDCET 2024 Phase 1 Counselling 

MGU released the TG EDCET phase 1 seat allotment 2024 on August 31 in online mode. The MGU closed the TS EDCET 2024 web option edit window on August 27. The university closed the TS EDCET 2024 web options on August 26. The last date for the TS EDCET counselling registration was August 23. Candidates must fill out the TS EDCET counselling application form 2024 by the deadline. Students who qualify for the TS EDCET examination will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. In the counselling process, seats will be allotted to the students based on their performance in entrance examinations and choices filled by them. Further, aspirants have to submit the documents for verification.
