Students who want to apply for admission to the B.Ed courses at various universities in Telangana need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. The TG EDCET 2025 eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree i.e. B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), BCA, BBM, B.A (Oriental Languages), BBA or Bachelor’s in Engineering and Technology or Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks.

• The minimum passing percentage for SC/ST/BC students is 40% marks.

• They should have completed the age of 19 years on 1st July of the year in which notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.

• Applicants should have Indian Nationality.

The TS EDCET application correction window was closed on May 25, 2025. The university released the TS EDCET 2025 application form on March 12. The last date to complete TG EDCET registration process 2025 without any late fee was May 20. Candidates could register for the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test by entering some basic details. Once, the candidates successfully register on the website they will be able to fill the TS EDCET application form. Steps to Apply for TG EDCET 2025

Step 1 - Registration

• First, visit the official website at edcet.tgche.ac.in.

• Then, candidates have to register themselves by filling in the necessary details. 

Step - 2 - Login

• Login using your credentials.

• Fill the application form with relevant information such as academic qualifications, personal details and others.

• Then, verify all the details carefully and press the “Submit” button.

Step 3 - Application fee payment 

• Now, candidates have to pay for an application fee. 

• Candidates have to pay the application fee in 2 modes:

  • TS Online/AP Online Centres in Telangana State or A.P.

  • Payment Gateway.

Step 4 - Registration number will be generated

• After that, an online application form will be generated with registration details.

• Students should take a printout of the application form and use the registration number for future reference.

TG EDCET Application Fee 2025

The examination authorities released the TS EDCET exam pattern 2025 on the official website. The TS EDCET exam pattern contain the type of question, exam duration, number of questions and many more. TG EDCET 2025 Exam Pattern

• Mock Tests - The authorities conduct mock tests for aspiring candidates. Students need to visit the official website of TG EDCET 2025 and select the mock test. Candidates are advised to solve mock tests to know the types of questions. 

• Revision - While preparing for the tests, students should make notes and revise them on a daily basis.

Kakatiya University released the TS EDCET 2025 admit card on May 26 at 4 PM. The TS EDCET 2025 admit card was released at the official website: edcet.tgche.ac.in. For downloading the TG EDCET 2025 admit card, students have to use their login credentials. The admit card will have information related to the candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, test centre name category, and others. Hall tickets will be needed at the time of examination and later at the time of entry into the course.

The TS EDCET preliminary answer key 2025 has been released on June 5 by the Kakatiya University. The university has also opened TG EDCET 2025 answer key objection window where students could challenge the provisional answer key till June 9. The TS EDCET result 2025 will be declared on June 21.

Kakatiya University will declare the TG EDCET 2025 result on June 21 at the official website. Candidates who have appeared for the TG EDCET 2025 examination can check their results by login using their admit card number. The authority also released the TS EDCET 2025 rank card at edcet.tgche.ac.in alongside the result. To download TG EDCET 2025 rank cards, students are required to enter their hall ticket number and date of birth. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance examination. In case of tie, subject/content marks will be considered to decide the ranking.

Students who qualify for the TG EDCET examination will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates must fill out the TS EDCET counselling application form 2025 by the deadline. In the counselling process, seats will be allotted to the students based on their performance in entrance examinations and choices filled by them. Further, aspirants have to submit the documents for verification.
