Based on your rank it might be difficult to get into a govt college. You can still go for councelling to check for possible colleges.
Yes alok bhola you can continue with that but you have to provide passing certificate previous one and admit card.You also have to contact management team of your prefereed colleges and tell them your problem mostly they helps in case if its a government college so your chances are low

Dear aspirant firstly there is no cut off for jee mains paper 2. Your ranking solely depends on the number of students appearing for the examination. Not all students take admission in the colleges. So you have a good chance of getting nits or other government colleges
