According to jee rules you should have to give improvement in all 5 subjects and then try to get more than 75% in all subject not in pcm then you are eligible for NITS/IITS.

It is very difficult to get the admission into pec Chandigarh with 190000 rank in jee main.But one can get the admission for some perticular branch.So one should choose the branch first in which one is interested.Cutoff is also based on the catagory.Check previous year cutoffs for that perticular branch
