so all the rules and criteria is same for droppers in MU. The only difference is they demand for the answer for 'what you were doing in the dropped year ?' . So you have to write and application filling all the details about you dropped year and rest is all same. So no need to worry and go ahead for admission.

Depends on your institution. If it's a private autonomous institution, they will have their own rules. Even if you are allowed to appear for the Second sem, you'll need to clear all the 5 kts of the first sem then and there itself along with the second semester. So it will be double hectic for you.
