Candidates must register to fill the Online JAM 2016 Application Form.
Registration is open till October 14, 2015 only.
They must upload their photograph and signature as specified and pay the fees for applying.
Candidates who have chosen to pay through Echallan must have downloaded the challan by October 11, 2015 to be able to pay at the bank. Candidates can pay by October 14, 2015 at the nearest SBI bank. There is no need for candidates to send the Echallan by post or any other means to IIT Madras.
Candidates paying online can do so till October 14, 2015.
Changes in Category or Gender in JAM 2016 Application Form:
Candidates who made mistake in their Category or Gender will be allowed to change the same with an additional fee.
The fee has to be paid by Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "Chairman, JAM-2016, IIT Madras" on any nationalized bank, payable at Chennai
Candidates must send the request letter and the additional fee (as given in the table below) to "The Chairman, JAM-2016, GATE/ JAM Office, IIT Madras, Chennai - 600036" on or before October 31st 2015.
Fee payable in case of Change in Gender or Category in Application Form:
Female (All Categories)/ SC/ST/PwD (Group - 1)
One or Two Test paper(s)
One Test Paper
All others (Group -2)

Change of JAM 2016 Test Paper:
Candidates who wish to change their Test Papers or wish to add to their Test Papers must pay an additional fee (as per the table given below) by Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "Chairman, JAM-2016, IIT Madras" on any nationalized bank, payable at Chennai.
The DD must be sent along with a request letter to "The Chairman, JAM-2016, GATE/ JAM Office, IIT Madras, Chennai - 600036" on or before October 31, 2015.
