• The application form can be collected in person by paying Rs 200/- (Two hundred only) in cash from Old Bio-sciences Department, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh, Vidyanagar, Gujarat.
   
• For receiving application by post, send a Demand Draft of Rs 235/- payable to Registrar, Sardar Patel University, Vidyanagar along with an envelope with complete address and pin code.
   
• The Application form and information can be downloaded from the website. Send the completed application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs 235/- (Two Hundred Thirty Five only) payable to Registrar, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh, Vidyanagar, Gujarat along with envelope with complete address and pin code.
