How to apply: For all programmes except M.Tech Geospatial Technology:
The Admission application form can be obtained by any candidate in one of two following ways.

• To get the form in person- Admission Application Form can be obtained at UCO Bank, A.Katapali on all working days during office hours by paying Re. 450.00. Challan forms are available at UCO Bank.
• By downloading - Admission Application Form can be downloaded from www.suiit.ac.in or www.suniv.ac.in. Payment of Re. 450.00 can be done at the time of submission of completed application form.

Separate applications should be submitted if one applies for more than one programme (except for B.Tech programme where one application for all branches is acceptable).

Duly filled application form complete in all respects will be accepted at Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology (SUIIT), Near MBA Department, Sambalpur University, Post. - Jyoti Vihar, Dist. - Sambalpur till 5 PM

M.Tech Geospatial Technology: Application form and Prospsectus can be obtained in person from the Office of the Chairman, P.G. Council, Sambal University till 08-06-2011 on payment of Rs.200/- in cash / DD in favour of Chairman, P.G. Council, Sambalpur University payable at SBI, Jyoti Vihar Branch (Code 6672) in person or by post on payment of Rs.250/- in the shape of DD.

Last date to apply for all courses: June 20, 2012
