About MAH AAC CET 2020
State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai has released the MAH AAC CET 2020 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) schedule on December 2 for Admission to First Year of Under Graduate Bachelor of Fine Art Courses in Visual Art. As per the announcement, the online registration for MAH AAC CAT 2020 CAP round will start from December 5 (12 PM) and the last date is December 19. The exam authorities have conducted the Maharashtra AAC Common Entrance Test for admission to a four-year bachelor course in Fine Art. The CET for UG programmes was conducted, as per the latest statement by the state higher education minister.
The online registration for MAH AAC CET was closed and the mode of applications was only online. The admit card of MAH AAC CET 2020 was released on October 1 in online mode. The application fee for All India and Maharashtra candidates was Rs.1700, while for reserved category candidates belonging to Maharashtra the application fee was Rs.1200. The exam of Maharashtra AAC CET was divided into two types - Practical and General knowledge examination paper. The practical examination was further severed into object drawing practical, design practice, and memory drawing practical examination. The MAH AAC CET 2020 result was declared on December 1.

MAH AAC CET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification - Candidate should have completed 10+2 examination in any discipline from a recognized university. Further, candidates must also have pursued English as one of the language subjects.
Minimum required marks - Candidates belonging to the general category of Maharashtra and all categories from other states are required to have passed their qualifying exam with a minimum of 45%, while the SC/ST candidates of Maharashtra must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.
Age Limit - There is no age limit to appear in the MAH AAC CET examination.

The authorities released the application form of MAH AAC CET 2020 in online mode to be duly filled by aspirants. Candidates need to had a valid, personal email ID and phone number for registration. This email account and phone number had to be kept active at least till the end of the MAH AAC admission process. On successful registration, a provisional registration number and a unique password were generated which displays on the login screen. These credentials were not sent to the candidate via email and SMS. Candidates would provide correct personal, academic, and contact details. While filling the MAH AAC CET application form, candidates could always go back to rectify their mistakes, if any. Only after ensuring that all the information provided were correct, candidates could click the ‘Final Submit’ button.
Application Fee: The application fee of MAH AAC CET can be paid in online mode for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the fee. The amount to be charged as the MAH AAC CET application fee is non-refundable in nature.

MAH AAC CET 2020 Admit Card
The State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra has released the MAH AAC CET admit card in online mode. Candidates had to download the same from the official website by entering the requisite details. It may be noted that the candidates who successfully filled the application form were able to access their MAH AAC CET admit card. One had to enter their registration ID/ roll number and password/ DOB in order to download the admit card for the MAH AAC CET exam. Candidates had to carry a print out of this admit card to the exam centre for identification purposes.

MAH AAC CET 2020 Result
Those candidates who successfully appear in MAH AAC CET exam can check their result in online mode as authorities has released the MAH AAC CET result on December 1. Candidates will be able to download their MAH AAC CET scorecard by entering their login credentials. The same is usually shared in the form of a merit list which makes it easy to access. The qualified candidates have to proceed with the counselling process for admission.
MAH AAC CET 2020 Counselling
Mode of Counselling: Online
State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct the counselling of MAH AAC CET 2020 in online mode from December 5. During the counselling, the candidates will be allotted seats through a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Three rounds of counselling will be conducted by the authorities. The counselling process will consist of the following steps:
Step 1 - Registration: Firstly, the candidates will have to register through the official website from December 5 to 19. Personal, contact and category details have to be provided and a security question has to be selected and answered. Candidates will also have to create a password.
Step 2 - Qualifying Details: Next, the candidates will have to provide their 10th and 12th standard subject-wise and total scores. Details about MAH AAC CET 2020 exam also has to be entered.
Step 3 - Uploading of Scanned Images: Photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities have to be uploaded.
Step 4 - Payment of Counselling Fee: The candidates who did not register for MAH AAC CET 2020 will have to pay the counselling fee in online mode.
Step 5 - Print out of Counselling Form: Candidates will have to print out the counselling form verification purpose.
Step 6 - Documents E-verification: The original documents have to be submitted for E-verification by the candidates in online mode for Application Form confirmation. (Online Scrutiny of Documents through CAP Agency).
Step 7 - Merit List: The names of the shortlisted candidates will be present in the merit list. The provisional merit list will be released on December 14. Candidates can submit grievance till December 15. The final merit list will be published by the authorities on December 16.
Candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit, preferences, category and availability of seats. The selected candidates will have to download their allotment letter and report to their nearest admission reporting centres to practice any of these options - freeze, float or slide. Finally, the candidates will have to report to their allotted institute to confirm their admission.
