TNAU Admission 2019: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has released the result of TNAU 2019 PG programmes in the form of provisional selection list for various PG programmes in online mode. The selection list of TNAU 2019 includes the candidate's registration number, name, ID No., Campus and the mode. Earlier, the university had released the hall ticket of TNAU 2019 admission for PG programmes on July 20, 2019. Candidates who will be appearing in TNAU PG Entrance examination 2019 can download the admit card from the official website of the university. The certificate verification schedule of TNAU 2019 admission for UG programmes on June 19 at The university opened the online window of TNAU 2019 counselling for UG programmes on July 12, 2019. Candidates were required to log in by entering their User ID and Password to pay the counselling fee. Earlier, the university had released the TNAU 2019 counselling schedule for UG programmes in online mode. TNAU 2019 application form for UG courses was released in online mode on May 08, 2019 and the last date of application was June 17. For PG courses, the application of TNAU 2019 was released on June 3. Candidates could apply for TNAU 2019 registration only till June 15, 2019.

The university holds an entrance exam for PG courses of agricultural studies, while for UG courses, the university released a merit list of the selected candidates based on their previous qualifying examination.

TNAU Admission process 2019

The university had opened its window for the admission in TNAU 2019 from May 08, 2019. The candidates who wish to apply for UG and PG agricultural courses have to register themselves for TNAU 2019 admission on the official website of the university. The candidates are required to fill and submit the TNAU admission 2019 application forms.

For their UG courses, the university released a merit list based on the candidate’s previously qualifying examination. The university considered the documents that were to be uploaded by the candidates on their TNAU admission 2019 application form.

For the PG courses, the university held an entrance test on July 23, 2019. The candidates also needed to send a hardcopy of their TNAU 2019 admission application form to the university for applying for the admission in TNAU 2019.

TNAU Eligibility Criteria 2019

The eligibility criteria of TNAU 2019 admission includes an accumulation of minimum marks/degree that the candidates are expected to attain when they are applying for the admission in TNAU 2019. The candidates applying for the admission in TNAU 2019 need to, first, register on the official website of the university. After registering for TNAU admission 2019, the candidates can further continue to fill and submit the TNAU 2019 admission forms.   • Click ‘Undergraduate’/’Postgraduate’.

  • Click on ‘New Registration’.

  • Complete the candidate’s TNAU admission 2019 registration form.

  • The candidate will receive user ID and password in their registered mobile number and email.

  • Click on ‘Proceed to Application’.

  • Complete Step 1, 2, 3, 4 of the application form.

  • Complete online payment by clicking on ‘Proceed to pay’.

TNAU Admit Card 2019

The candidates who applied for the admission in PG programmes had to go through the TNAU 2019 admission test which was conducted on July 23, 2019. The university had released the TNAU admission 2019 admit card on its official website on July 20. The candidates had to download the TNAU 2019 admission admit card and keep multiple copies of it. Aspirants are highly advised that they carry their admit cards for the admission in TNAU 2019 with themselves while going for the TNAU 2019 admission test failure of which will lead to the candidate's disqualification from the admission in TNAU 2019.

The university has released the result for the admission in TNAU 2019 UG programmes in the form of a merit list on June 27, 2019. The university will be considering the candidate’s previously qualified documents for the merit list. The candidates can visit the official website of the university for TNAU admission 2019 result.

For TNAU 2019 admission in PG programmes, the university has released the result based on the TNAU admission 2019 entrance exam in the form of a selection list with candidates names and registration number in it.

TNAU Counselling 2019

The university has announced the first phase of TNAU 2091 counselling from July 12, 2019, for UG programmes in online mode. The shortlisted candidates have to pay non-refundable counselling fee for TNAU 2019 admission through online (table given below). After paying online, the candidates will be notified to attend the online counselling on specific dates and the candidates can continue to choose their preferred college/institution.

The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs. 2000/- towards admission fee by online mode before coming for certificate verification by the university. The allotment letter for TNAU admission 2019 can only be downloaded only on the successful payment. Paying off this amount alone does not guarantee the confirmation of seat for the admission in TNAU 2019. Confirmation will be done only after the verification of certificates/documents for TNAU 2019 admission. Provisional admission card will be issued after successful verification only.

TNAU generally has cut offs in the range of 190-199 depending upon the course. The general category cut off for major courses like Chemistry, Biology, Physics etc can go as high as 197-198, while for some less popular courses like Horticulture and Agricultural Sciences, it can go till 185-190.
