SAAT 2019 – Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University will conduct SAAT 2019 in the last week of April 2019 in online mode. SAAT 2019 will be conducted for the admissions to the UG and PG courses such as B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Nano Science & Nano Technology / Medicinal & Aromatic Plants / Molecular Biology), M.Sc. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Chemical Biology & Drug Design, M.Sc. Agriculture and B.Sc. in Agriculture. SAAT 2019 exam duration will be 120 minutes. The applications for SAAT 2019 will be available online. Candidates must make sure to check the eligibility criteria which will mention the minimum marks required by candidates to apply for SAAT 2019. While filling the application form, candidates are required to keep in hand a recent passport size photograph which has to be uploaded. The admit card of SAAT 2019 will be released in the online mode. Candidates must make sure to check all the necessary details related to the examination mentioned in the admit card.

M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Nano Science & Nano Technology / Medicinal & Aromatic Plants / Molecular Biology)

  • Candidates must have completed or should be in the final year of their Bachelor degree in Science / Agriculture / Pharmacy / Veterinary / Engineering & Technology / Medicine (MBBS/BDS) / Physics (Honours) / Chemistry (Honours) / Mathematics (Honours) or equivalent from any of the recognized University with a minimum of  50 percent marks (Unreserved/General category)

  • Candidates belonging to the SC / ST / OBC category should have a minimum of 45 percent

 

  • Candidates must complete  Bachelor degree in Science Physics (Honours) / Chemistry (Honours) / Mathematics (Honours) or equivalent respectively from any recognized University with a minimum of 50 percent marks

  • Candidates belonging to the unreserved category must have a minimum of 45 percent marks.

  • Candidates in their final year can also apply for the examination

M.Sc. (Chemical Biology & Drug Design)

  • Candidates must have completed their B.Sc. with Chemistry (Honours) / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / B.Pharm / M.Pharm with a minimum of 50 percent marks (General category)

  • Candidates from the unreserved category must have scored 45 percent marks.

M.Sc. (Agriculture)

  • Candidates must complete their B.Sc. (Agriculture) / B.Sc.(Horticulture) from any recognized University by State and Central Government

  • Candidates should score a minimum of  OGPA 6.5 and GPA 7.0 in concerned discipline out of 10 point.

  •  SC/ST/PH candidates should have a OGPA 5.5 and GPA 6.0 out of 10.

  • Minimum age limit for candidates who wish to apply is 21 year as on 31.07.2019.

 

B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic)

  • Candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination with a minimum of 45 percent marks aggregate (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

  • Candidates belonging to the SC / ST / OBC must have secured a ,minimum of 40 percent marks aggregate

    The age limit to apply is 17 years minimum as of 31.12.2018.

B.Sc. in Agriculture

  • Candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50 percent marks aggregate for admission under General and OBC categories

  • Candidates belonging to the SC/ST and PH categories must have secured a minimum of 40 percent marks aggregate with PCM/PCB/PCMB subject combinations. Candidates must have passed in English 10+2 examination. The age limit to apply is 17 year as of 31.12.2018.

The application form of SAAT 2019 will be available online. Candidates who wish to apply can follow the following steps.

  • Click on the link given (Link will be activated after the applications are released)

  • Enter the name, email ID and mobile number

  • Candidates will receive an OTP (One Time Password) to the mobile number given. Enter the OTP given to complete the verification procedure.

  • The login will be created after the verification is complete. Candidates can now login to the portal and fill up the application form.

  • Candidates must enter their personal details, academic details and the course and exam details in the application forms of SAAT 2019.

  • After successfully completing the application forms candidates will receive a confirmation of the application form submission on their registered email-ID.

SAAT 2019 Exam Centres

SAAT 2019 will be conducted across 35 cities in the country. The name of the examination centre along with the address will be mentioned in the SAAT 2019 admit Card. Candidates will be given the option to choose the city of their choice while filling the application forms of SAAT 2019. Candidates must make sure that while selecting the city the choices will be based on the convenience of the candidates to attend the examination. No request of change of Exam Centre will be entertained.

SAAT Admit Card 2019

The admit card of SAAT 2019 will be available to only those candidates who have have completed their application form online and submitted the same before the last date.  The admit card of SAAT 2019 will be available online. Candidates need to log in to their individual accounts using their username and password. After the login process is completed the SAAT 2019 hall ticket will be displayed on screen. Candidates must make sure to check all the necessary details mentioned on the admit card before downloading it. If there are any changes to be made or there is any information which is not mentioned the candidates can bring the same to the notice of the Director, Admission, immediately. The SAAT admit card 2019 included details such as

Candidates must make sure to keep their Admit cards in hand until the final admission procedures are completed.

 

SAAT 2019 Exam Day Guidelines

  • The Exam hall will be opened for candidates half an hour before the commencement of the examination. Candidates must note that no late comers would be entertained.

  • Candidates are expected to carry along with them their SAAT 2019 admit card along with a valid photo ID proof.

  • Candidates will be directed to their respective seats 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

  • Candidates will have to sign their complete signature in the Attendance Roll sheet given by the Director (Admissions)

  • No belongings such as mobile phones, pagers, palm tops, blue tooth devices or electronic devises are allowed inside the examination hall.

  • A sheet will be provided for the rough to be done during the examination.

  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall until the examination is complete.

SAAT Result 2019

The results of SAAT 2019 will be released in the online mode. Candidates need to check their result by login in with their login details (Application Number and Password) The result of SAAT 2019 will be available to candidates in the form of a rank card. The merit list which will be released after the results are declared will be based on the score of the candidates in the SAAT 2019 entrance examination.

SAAT 2019 Merit List

The merit list of SAAT 2019 will be prepared based on the scores of SAAT 2019. The merit list will be released online. Also, a separate merit list will be released for candidates seeking admission to the different courses through the different categories of reservation.

 

SAAT 2019 Counselling

The counselling for SAAT 2019 will be conducted for candidates who qualify the SAAT 2019 entrance examination. The university will conduct an open counselling for the candidates who qualify. On the day of the counselling candidates must make sure to carry along with them all the necessary documents.
