JMI entrance exam is a test conducted by JMI for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The test is held twice in a year, once in the month of March and again in the month of June. Students have to appear for the examination after being admitted into an affiliated college or university.
What are the eligibility criteria?
The minimum educational qualification required for appearing in JMI entrance exam is 10+2 with Physics as one of the subjects from any recognized board (10+2) or equivalent with Physics as one of their subjects from any recognized board (10+2).
It doesn't matter if you take black and white printout or coloured print out. The information on the printed admit card should be clearly visible and varifiable is the only condition which needs to be satisfied. It all depends on you, wheather you prefer coloured or black and white.

To apply for admission to Diploma in Civil Engineering you must have passed class 10th from a recognized board. The admission to Diploma in Engineering is done at state level or institute level. States like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana conducts entrance examination for admission to Diploma in Engineering. In states like Maharashtra the admission is based on merit in class 10th.
If the admission is based on Entrance Examination you need to first apply for Entrance examination. The concerned authority will conduct counselling. You need to participate in the counselling, if you are allotted a seat in the counselling you may take up the seat and join in the institute. The admission will be based on merit in Entrance Examination.
