HSEE Result 2022 - Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras) has announced the HSEE 3rd seat allotment result (final round) on September 7. The HSEE 2022 opening and closing rank list (third round) has also been updated on September 7. The second seat allotment result 2022 was out on September 2. Candidates can submit the fee for 2nd seat allotment round by September 6, 2022 (till 23.59). The HSEE 2022 1st seat allotment result was out on August 25. How to Check HSEE 2022 Result
Visit the official website of HSEE (hsee.iitm.ac.in).
Candidates need to click on ‘Click here to check the Result of HSEE-2022’.
A new login window will appear on the screen of the candidates.
Now, enter the registered email ID or registered email address and password.

How to Recover HSEE 2022 Login Password?
If the candidates do not remember their HSEE login password, they can retrieve their password with the help of their registered email address. Candidates can follow the steps given below to get a new password on their email address and mobile number.
How to retrieve HSEE 2022 Password
Go to the HSEE result login window.
Now, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login window.
Candidates now need to enter the registered email address and login ID in the given space.
Click on the “Submit” tab.
A new password will be sent by the institute on their registered email address and mobile number.
What after the HSEE 2022 Result?
The shortlisted students have to participate in the HSEE counselling 2022 by registering themselves and filling up their choices. The HSEE counselling registration and choice filling process has begun from August 18. The HSEE seat allotment 2022 for MA admissions (1st round) is announced on August 25.
HSEE 2022 Cutoff
The cut off of HSEE 2022 is the minimum marks that the candidates have to obtain to get shortlisted for the counselling. Those candidates who score marks equal or above the HSEE cut-off are eligible for the choice filling and registration of HSEE 2022.

HSEE Rank List 2022
The IIT Madras has released the HSEE 2022 rank list on August 17 along with the entrance test result. The rank list of HSEE 2022 mention the rank of the candidates depending upon the performance of the candidates in the entrance exam. The candidates have to log into their account using their login credentials to check the HSEE rank list 2022. Those students who belong to the general and EWS category and have 45% marks are eligible to appear in HSEE rank list. Those belonging to the OBC-NC, SC, ST and PwD category have to score a minimum of 40.5%, 22.5%, 22.5% and 22.5% marks to appear in HSEE 2022 rank list.

HSEE Result 2022 - Tie-breaker
In case two or more candidates score equal marks in the HSEE examination 2022, the institute uses a tie breaking criteria to prepare the merit list and ranking. Following are the tie breaking criteria for preparing the merit list of HSEE used by the IIT Madras.
The students who score higher marks in Part II (Essay writing) are given priority in the HSEE 2022 merit list.
The candidates who have scored higher marks in the “General studies” section of Part I are considered for the HSEE merit list in case the tie still persists.
In case if the tie still remains while preparing the merit list, the candidates who have scored higher marks in the “Analytical Abilities” section of Part I are given a higher rank.
The candidates are assigned the similar ranks if the tie still persists after taking all the above considerations.

TISS has announced that admissions to UG courses will be done through Common University Entrance Test. So there is no TISS BAT exam admissions will be done on the basis of CUET scores. Here are the Qualifications to appear in HSEE exam
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates from the general category and the OBC category must have received a minimum of 60% in the qualifying examination.
SC, ST, and PWD candidates must have a minimum of 55 percent aggregate in the qualifying examination.
If the qualifying marks are given as grades, the candidate shall get a certificate from the Board stating the comparable marks and submit it at the time of enrollment.
Candidates must have passed one of the following qualifying examinations: the final examination of the 10+2 system, administered by a Central or State Board recognised by the Association of Indian Universities; or the final examination of the 10+2 system, administered by a Central or State Board recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.
The Joint Services Wing of the National Guard's two-year training culminates with a final examination.
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a Board or University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
H.S.C. vocational examination.

As cbse 12 exam will continue till 15th june and HSEE entrance is going to be held on 12th June, students may face problems.Is there any chance for extension of Hsee entrance date
Ideally it should be postponed as some CBSE exams of Class 12 including Computer science , History , Legal studies & Philosophy will still be left .
