DU Sixth Cutoff List 2014- The Sixth Cut off List of Delhi University has been declared on July 16, 2014.  Students according to the Sixth Cut off list, who are eligible, can take admissions in colleges where seats are still vacant.

LATEST - Delhi University shall be announcing DU 2016 Cutoff from fourth week of June and check the detailed process of DU Admission 2016 such as important dates, eligibility criteria, application form etc.

After the Fifth Cut off list of DU, which was declared on July 14, 2014, few seats in various colleges were left vacant. As per which the Delhi University authorities will be announcing the sixth list, so as students can take admissions into the colleges or courses for which the seats are left.

 

The Delhi University began its 13 day window admission process from June 2, for students to fill in the applications for admissions into Delhi University Colleges under various courses. A total of 278585 students applied for 54000 seats for courses in 70 colleges.

 

The First cut off list of Delhi University was announced on June 30, giving students a three day window to follow the admission procedure. Until the DU Third Cut off list students had a three day window to apply, pay fee and take admission into a particular course, but from the Fourth Cut off list onwards, students would have a two day window to complete the entire admission process in a particular college.

 

This year Delhi University is planning to declare at least eight cut off list so as to ensure that there must not be any seat vacant for admission through the colleges.

What is the qualifications for M.A. in Political Science at Delhi University?

Greetings!
DU provides admission in M.A political science on both merit and entrance basis. To be eligible for admissions on merit basis , candidates need to have  B.A. (Hons) Political Science from DU and 60% or above marks or equivalent grade while to be eligible for admission on entrance basis , candidates having  B.A. program / B.A. (Hons) / B.A. Pass from the University of Delhi or any other Universities recognized as equivalent to DU are eligible and 50% marks in aggregate is required.  Ti have more and detailed information go through :- https://university.careers360.com/articles/du-pg-eligibility-criteria

Hello dear aspirant.

You have not clearly mentioned whether for UG or PG and which course you are interested in.

As of now admission in DU is on merit list basis first you should know past years cutoff and then prepare hard and score good marks in board exams so that you can easily get a seat in DU .

If I want to get admission in BSC honours in mathematics in Delhi University on the basis of percentage scored in class 12th , then what all subjects can I register for the calculation of percentage to be written in Merit list ? Can I register with Mathematics, computer and chemistry ?

Hello Anurag, Yes these three subjects are fine but you need to add one more subject in order to complete the best of four percentage. The rule is that you need one subject related to the course you are applying for, one language course(most of the students have english) and other two courses you can select as any two subjects with maximum marks.
