Delhi University Third Cutoff List 2014 – The 3rd cutoff list of Delhi University 2014 for admissions to the Three Year Undergraduate Programme in different courses has been released by the DU colleges on July 7 late night. You may secure admissions in the colleges from July 8 to July 10, 2014 for the respective courses as per the released Third cutoff of the colleges of DU and the availability of courses in the very colleges. The process of admissions in the varsity had started from June 2 with the sale of applications in both online and offline mode for the academic session 2014. The 13 days window for applications was closed on June 16, 2014 with a total of 278485 applications received for around 54000 seats for admissions in 70 colleges. Last year a total of 254339 candidates have applied for the FYUP.

This year, the applicants were only required to fill the courses as per their choice and no college choice filling option was mentioned in Delhi University 2014 pre-admission form. The admissions to the colleges would depend on the cut-off of the colleges as per the availability of the very courses in the colleges.

Delhi University Third Cutoff List can give you an overview of the cutoff for 2014 Admissions in the DU Colleges for the remaning seats. The colleges of Delhi University shall release Third cutoff and would be provided in this page in the below table. You may get admissions in the courses of your choice between July 8 and July 10 as per the availability of the courses in the colleges after the Third cutoff is released by the colleges on July 8.

What is the qualifications for M.A. in Political Science at Delhi University?

Greetings!
DU provides admission in M.A political science on both merit and entrance basis. To be eligible for admissions on merit basis , candidates need to have  B.A. (Hons) Political Science from DU and 60% or above marks or equivalent grade while to be eligible for admission on entrance basis , candidates having  B.A. program / B.A. (Hons) / B.A. Pass from the University of Delhi or any other Universities recognized as equivalent to DU are eligible and 50% marks in aggregate is required.  Ti have more and detailed information go through :- https://university.careers360.com/articles/du-pg-eligibility-criteria

Hello dear aspirant.

You have not clearly mentioned whether for UG or PG and which course you are interested in.

As of now admission in DU is on merit list basis first you should know past years cutoff and then prepare hard and score good marks in board exams so that you can easily get a seat in DU .

Masters in Philosophy (entrance)
B.A. from a recognized University of India
50% marks or above or equivalent grade

Masters in Philosophy (merit)
B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy from DU

Eligibility Criteria - M.A. Political Science (entrance and merit based)

Masters in Political Science (entrance)

If I want to get admission in BSC honours in mathematics in Delhi University on the basis of percentage scored in class 12th , then what all subjects can I register for the calculation of percentage to be written in Merit list ? Can I register with Mathematics, computer and chemistry ?

Hello Anurag, Yes these three subjects are fine but you need to add one more subject in order to complete the best of four percentage. The rule is that you need one subject related to the course you are applying for, one language course(most of the students have english) and other two courses you can select as any two subjects with maximum marks.
