DU B.Com Admissions 2015 ProgrammesUniversity of Delhi offers both B.Com as well as B.Com Honours programme in Faculty of Commerce. Candidates applying for admissions in DU B.Com for the academic year 2015 can choose as many courses as he/she wishes in as many offering colleges as he/she likes, subjected to the availability of the very course in the chosen college.

Delhi University offers around 4 courses under B.Com Honours programmes including Corporate Laws. Moreover, the varsity also offers another 4 courses in B.Com programmes including Compensation Laws.

 

Last year, University of Delhi reported for a total of 279700 applications for 41 courses when FYUP was rolled-back, while in 2013, as the University introduced Four-Year Undergraduate Programme, the registration number increased to 256024 from that of 153680 registrations in 2012 under its 3-year undergraduate programme. 

 

University of Delhi currently offers around 54000 seats in various programmes under different disciplines at UG level.

 

DU B.Com Admission-cum-Application Form 2015 – University of Delhi begins inviting both online as well as offline applications for its three-year undergraduate programmes in Faculty of Commerce from May 28 and June 5, 2015, respectively. The issue and receipt of registrations can be made through a single (common pre-admission OMR) application form for various B.Com courses in the affiliated colleges of the University. Moreover, the candidates can apply for as many B.Com programmes in as many colleges (as per the availability of programmes in the very college) of their choice through the single pre-admission OMR Form. 

 

DU B.Com Admission 2015 Eligibility – Candidates aspiring to enroll in Delhi University Faculty of Commerce, need to pass in 10+2 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or equivalent examination in all subjects opted at 10+2 level. However the admissions will depend on marks secured and cut-off announced by the affiliated colleges for various B.Com programmes. There is no minimum age bar required for admissions to the undergraduate B.Com programmes offered in the university.

 

DU B.Com Admission 2015 Cutoff – Based on marks obtained in 12th standard (10+2) and as per the individual cutoff list announced by various DU colleges offering B.Com programmes, candidates will be enrolled for Delhi University for B.Com programme of their choice in various affiliated colleges. Delhi University colleges may announce as many as 10 cutoff lists for DU B.Com Admissions 2015

If I want to get admission in BSC honours in mathematics in Delhi University on the basis of percentage scored in class 12th , then what all subjects can I register for the calculation of percentage to be written in Merit list ? Can I register with Mathematics, computer and chemistry ?

Hello Anurag, Yes these three subjects are fine but you need to add one more subject in order to complete the best of four percentage. The rule is that you need one subject related to the course you are applying for, one language course(most of the students have english) and other two courses you can select as any two subjects with maximum marks.

Can I get admission in Delhi University for doing B.Tech on the basis of percentage scored in class 12th or it is compulsory to give entrance examination ?

Hello Anurag, No, you can't get admission in BTech course only on the basis of 12th class marks. Giving the entrance test is compulsory. Giving entrance test is compulsory for the following courses:

If you are aiming for doing Btech, then your only choice is to give JEE exam as it is the only option you have. So I suggest you should fill up the form for JEE. It is going to be conducted in January 22, 2019. The next attempt will be in April, 2020. The complete details are here:

There are hundreds of college that comes under DU.
There is different eligiblity criteria for different colleges.To get admission in top colleges of DU like SRCC, St. Stephens college, hansraj college,Miranda house, hindu college etc you can get direct admission but you will have to score 95 and above percentage in your 12th board examination.
If you are general category then aim for above 97%.
