DU 2015 Colleges as provided in this page below is a comprehensive list of as many as 77 colleges affiliated under the Central University scattered in different parts of the city. Admissions to these 77 different colleges of Delhi University is based on cutoff released by the individual colleges in various faculties and courses of study. As many as 26 DU Colleges are scattered in South Campus, while the North Campus houses around 20 colleges. Around 11 colleges of the Central University are located in West Delhi, nearly 7 in East Delhi and Central Delhi accounts for as low as 3 DU Colleges.

You have not clearly mentioned whether for UG or PG and which course you are interested in.
As of now admission in DU is on merit list basis first you should know past years cutoff and then prepare hard and score good marks in board exams so that you can easily get a seat in DU .

Hello Anurag, Yes these three subjects are fine but you need to add one more subject in order to complete the best of four percentage. The rule is that you need one subject related to the course you are applying for, one language course(most of the students have english) and other two courses you can select as any two subjects with maximum marks.
