CTET 2014 Result:  Result announcement of Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2014 will be made on or after March 21, 2014. Qualifying candidate of CTET 2014, who scores a minimum of 60% in the entrance test, will gain eligibility for appointment as a teacher in classes I to VIII at central government run schools located in Union Territories and New Delhi.

LatestCTET 2016 Answer Key for September exam will be available after the exam.

 

CTET 2014 Result declaration will be done on or before the scheduled date and candidates scoring 60% and above marks will be awarded with Eligibility Certificate. Dispatch of CTET Marks Statement/Certificates will start from April 21, 2014.

Exception for issuance of Eligibility Certificate: School management of any government aided or unaided school may practice to consider relaxation of minimum mandatory required marks for awarding Eligibility Certificate to below mentioned candidate-

  • Candidate, who is differently abled person, may enjoy exception for issuance of Eligibility Certificate.

  • Candidate belonging from SC/ST, OBC category may enjoy exception for issuance of Eligibility Certificate.

  • To abide the same the school management has follow the prescribed reservation policy.

Benefits of gaining Eligibility Certificate:

  1. Qualifying candidate with Eligibility Certificate will able eligible to apply for recruitment process of teacher at centre- run government schools including Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), and schools located in Union Territories.

  2. Qualifying candidate with Eligibility Certificate will also be eligible to apply for job vacancy of teacher at unaided private schools, who consider the merit of CTET.

Validity period of CTET Eligibility Certificate:

  • CTET Marks Statement/Certificates will be valid for seven years from the date of declaration of CTET Result.

  • A candidate who has already qualified CTET is allowed to again appear for next CTET for achieving better scores.

Availing duplicate copy of CTET Eligibility Certificate: A candidate can avail duplicate copy of CTET Marks Statement/Certificates by paying Demand Draft in favour  of “Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education” drawn on any nationalized bank, payable at Delhi.  For fee details for obtaining theduplicate copy of CTET Eligibility Certificate is given in the box below.
