CPGET 2020 - Osmania University has begun the CPGET 2020 online certificate verification for phase 2 from February 21. The deadline for CPGET 2020 online certificate verification is February 25. The web options of CPGET 2020 for phase 2 will begin on February 27 and will end on March 1. OU has released the CPGET 2020 seat allotment on February 12, in online mode. The CPGET 2020 counselling is a ‘Web-Based Counselling’ where candidates are required to choose the courses and participating institutes according to their preferences. Candidates can also exercise web-based options. After candidates fill in their choices, the OU will release a total of three CPGET 2020 seat allotment lists in online mode. The Osmania University has released the CPGET 2020 result on January 7, in online mode. Candidates could raise an objection against the CPGET 2020 answer key till December 20. The university has released the provisional answer key of CPGET 2020 on December 14 in the online mode. Candidates must make sure to fulfil the eligibility criteria laid down by Osmania University before starting registration for CPGET. Candidates who will appear for CPGET exam , formerly called OUCET can to check their CPGET result 2020 in the form of a rank card.
What is CPGET or OUCET?
Osmania University conducts Common Postgraduate Entrance Tests (CPGET). Earlier, the examination was known as Osmania University Common Entrance Test or OUCET, however, now its name has been changed to CPGET. The exam is conducted for offering admissions to various CPGET courses at the Postgraduate level (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, etc.), P.G. Diploma Courses and 5 years Integrated Programmes (M.A., M.Sc., MBA) offered by Osmania University, Kakatiya University , Satavahana University, Telangana University , Mahatma Gandhi Palamuru Mahatma Gandhi Palamuru and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad . The university has released the application form of CPGET 2020 on September 18 in online mode at tscpget.com. To apply for CPGET exam, the first and foremost step is to register and fill the application form. Candidates were required to fill their personal detail, academic details and upload some of the images on the CPGET 2020 application form. How to take CPGET Mock Test
Before filling the application form, candidates must make sure that they have checked the CPGET 2020 eligibility criteria carefully. Since all the courses have different academic requirements, therefore, candidates must go through the points given below properly.
The candidate must have passed the B.A, B.Sc or equivalent examination with minimum 40% marks in the aggregate- Part 2 subject.
Candidates qualifying a Bachelor degree Compartmentally are also eligible if they secure 40% aggregate marks.
There is no age limit for appearing in OUCET 2020.
The age limit for SC/ST candidates applying fee reimbursement is 34 years.
The age limit for Disabled/ Minorities is 30 years.
The candidate must fulfil local/unreserved status criteria, laid down by Telangana educational Institutions.
For SC/ST candidates, there is no minimum requirement of marks and a pass in the qualifying subject is sufficient.
Candidates qualifying their degree with a single subject or through open/distance mode of education are not eligible.

Candidates who wish to sit for CPGET exam are required to carry an admit card of CPGET 2020 to the examination venue. The university has released the CPGET admit card on November 26 in the online mode. The OUCET 2020 admit card is a hall pass which will allow candidates to enter the exam hall and take the test. Candidates can follow the given steps to download their CPGET admit card 2020 properly.

Step 4. Check the information printed on the admit card properly.
Step 5. Take out multiple copies of your CPGET admit card
Applicants will be required to download the OUCET 2020 admit card and paste their recent passport size colour photograph in the given space. The candidate must carry the downloaded CPGET admit card 2020 with the recent self-attested photograph, without which the candidate is not be permitted to the examination hall for the Common Entrance Test. It is also mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card of OUCET 2020 along with the photo identity proof of the candidate in the exam hall.
Osmania University determines the OUCET 2020 exam pattern which is being conducted in online mode (computer-based mode). The entrance test consists of any 3 or 4 varieties of the objective type including analogies, matching, comprehension, classification of a research study/theoretical point of view/ experiment, etc., with multiple answers in addition to the usual multiple-choice questions, which is framed from the OUCET 2020 syllabus of entrance test only.
The candidates need to answer the questions on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet. The candidates need to darken the respective ovals with a black or blue pen only for marking the answers.
The test for admission to programs of M.Sc. Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Forensic Science, Genetics and Microbiology follows a pattern that requires the candidates to appear for a common entrance test, namely BCBTESFSG&M which comprises of Part-A (Chemistry for 40 Marks) and Part-B (Any of the optional subject: Physics, Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology) for 60 Marks as determined.
It is very important for candidates to go through the syllabus of CPGET 2020 before sitting down to practise the sample papers or mock test. Candidates must know about all the important topics from which the questions will be asked. The university has released the OUCET 2020 answer key for candidates to look at the correct answers of their question booklet. By checking the CPGET answer key, candidates will can know how much correct answers they have marked and also can calculate the marks that they will acquire. Candidates must know that the university will provide the CPGET answer key 2020 in two phases- Provisional and Final. Test-takers can cross-check the provided CPGET answer key against their marked answers in the entrance test and can tally the score. If the candidate finds an error or doubt in the released CPGET 2020 answer key, he/she can challenge the same within the scheduled deadline.
The CPGET 2020 result has been released on January 7, 2021 in online mode. It must be noted that the CPGET 2020 result has been released in the form of a Rank Card. Candidates are required to enter their login credentials to check their CPGET 2020 result. Multiple copies of the CPGET result must be carried to the process of admission/counselling session.
To check the result of CPGET 2020, candidates can follow the given steps:

There are no minimum qualifying marks for SC and ST candidates. There is no prescribed CPGET cutoff for SC/ST candidates to fulfil in order to bag a position on the CPGET merit list. However, the cutoff marks for qualifying CPGET 2020 for General and OBC category is 25 marks, which means they will have to score at least 25 marks in order to acquire a position on the merit lists.

Osmania University will release the CPGET 2020 merit list which will include the range of ranks according to which candidates will be invited for the counselling session. It must be noted that the details of the counselling session will be printed on the PDF file along with the CPGET merit list 2020. The merit list will include the details such as the candidate’s rank, the course for which the range of the rank is applicable, schedule of counselling, venue of the counselling process. Candidates will be called up for counselling on the basis of the CPGET 2020 merit list accordingly.
The conducting body has begun the CPGET 2020 online document verification process from January 12. OU has released the complete CPGET 2020 counselling schedule in the online mode. The process of CPGET 2020 counselling includes online registration, payment of CPGET counselling fee, certificate verification and allotment of seats. During the counselling of CPGET 2020, the reservation criteria laid down by Osmania University and the merit lists play a major role in a successful OUCET 2020 admission.
Selected candidates will get the venue, date and the overall official notification of CPGET counselling mentioned in the PDF file of TS CPGET seat allotment 2020 lists. The counselling of OUCET 2020 will be held in both online and offline mode for admissions to various postgraduate programmes offered. Candidates who manage to clear CPGET will have to report the ‘Decentralised Verification Centres’ in order to get their verification of the documents done on the prescribed dates. It is decided by counselling authoities to allot a seat to the candidate. And it depends on many factors such as rank obtained, marks secured and category. As you are from SC category, so you will be prefered over genral category candidates during seat allotment. As you are not alloted any seat in phase 1, this could possible that your rank was too much to get a seat in round 1. But don't worry, you will surely get a seat in the upcoming rounds.
