How to motivate myself in this crucial time?

Papeya Dubey Student Expert 3rd Apr, 2020
Hello,

Whether it's demotivation or having not so good thoughts, the reason lies in mind being chaotic and the first thing you need to do achieve a sense of calmness is practice meditation on a daily basis, you can start for a few minutes and gradually increase it. Just continue doing this and you'll experience the good results. You have to be mindful of investing of your precious energy, don't do anything that saps your energy instead invest the same energy into something productive. One more thing is reality check, don't obsess over situations or things not in your control, the more you'll think about all this, more unhappy you'll become. Make sure to balance your studies with your hobbies, that's very important, if at any times you'll anxious discuss it out with your parents or anybody who supports you.
